DownTime Dating is built on respect, safety, and authenticity. We reserve the right to remove content or accounts that violate these values.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, messages, profile information), but by using the platform, you grant DownTime Dating a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Display your content within the app.
• Use your content to operate, improve, and promote the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your personal data, and we do not sell your personal information.

5. Safety & Community Guidelines

DownTime Dating promotes emotional safety, cultural respect, and trauma-informed interactions. We are committed to protecting users from exploitation, coercion, and abuse in all forms.

DownTime Dating strictly prohibits human trafficking — including sexual exploitation — and any behavior that aids, abets, encourages, or enables trafficking, abuse, coercion, or exploitation.

We do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of any user. You are responsible for your interactions online and offline.

We encourage users to:

• Meet in public places.
• Inform a trusted person of plans.
• Report concerning behavior immediately.

DownTime Dating may investigate and take action — including warnings, content removal, or account termination — when safety concerns arise, especially those involving exploitation, trafficking, or abuse.

6. Payments and Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If DownTime Dating offers paid features:

• All purchases are final unless required by law.
• Subscription fees will be billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel at any time through your device’s app store or account settings.

• Use or inability to use the Services

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, DownTime Dating’s total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.
